Asus T100TA-C1-GR(S) thoughts?

I found a great deal on a NIB Asus Transformer T100TA-C1-GR(S) 64gb for $300 and am probably going to pull the trigger, but didn't know if anyone with personal experience could chime in?
I will mainly be using it for browsing online, but occasionally will need the ability to open word or excel documents for work. It is effectively replacing a 7y/o dell laptop that is useless without a power cord.
