Lsu is one of them. Let that sink in.only 4 programs in all of cfb have at least 9 wins the last 5 years and lsu is one of them. With zero saban recruits.

Dude, we are having a down year in 2014. I'm sure most fans don't care about the past unless it resulted in a national title.

You are wasting your time. You have a thousand college aged kids on here that know it all already....have zero big picture ability, nor any wisdom yet....but they know everything about coaching LSU.

It shows that Miles has had lsu as one of the most consistent team in all of cfb and he isn't some bumbling idiot that some on this board makes him out to be. Its called perspective on how good we have been.

Or a better question would be how many bcs bowls have the other teams won in that span? I know LSU has zero.

I hate when someone post a stat, and doesn't provide all of the applicable information.

Why do you care about an exhibition game that goes in zero ncaa record books and the players and coaches have zero control over even making the bcscg. In 10 years all bcs titles will be laughed at. Bcs titles are the most subject title in all of American Sports.

Who are the other 3?

Have they won conference titles?

Have they won BCS games?

How many times have those 3 gone to BCS games?

Just curious

I rather be up an down with a national title or two, instead of a consistent 9 or 10 wins with peach and cotton bowl victories, but thats just me

UT had a run of like what 12 straight years with 9+ wins and 9 straight with 10+ wins. What's your point? After their NC loss in 2009 they went a resounding 5-7 and then never broke 9 wins again. Mack was done.

Not exactly a great record for standing on there.
