Haunted Tours/Corn Maze/Haunted House

What are good haunted tours, corn mazes, or haunted houses to visit within 30 minutes of BR...or maybe even Nola? Have been to 13th Gate a few times, but it doesn't seem to change much over the years to justify going there every year.

Baton Rouge - 13th Gate was rated the #2 haunted house in the nation this year
New Orleans - House of Shock's final year is this year so if you've never been it'll be your only chance to do so. They also have The Mortuary which I hear good things about.
That said, I drove to Atlanta this weekend and went to Netherworld. It was absolutely incredible and huge. Worth planning a weekend around.

Last year of House of shock, so that should be checked out. I liked the 13th gate the time I went so I would recommend that.

There is one is New Orleans that is 10 floors. If you make it to the top they give you 100 bucks
