I think on the show Flash has yellow lightning (to go with his red suit), and the RF has red lightning (to go with his yellow suit). At least I think that is right, but I don't know how "set in stone" that is.

Sounds right.

The guy on the left looks like he is in a yellow suit.

Oh, and it will be really difficult to top last week's episode, so i'd try to stop comparing anything moving forward, to that one.

The time-reset premise allowed them to do a ton of things that they cannot do on a weekly basis. You can't expect every episode to include Barry and Iris getting together, Cisco being killed, and Wells revealing himself as the series' master super-villain.

I'm not going to complain every week because every episode doesn't live up to that one. It's like complaining that every comic isn't as good as Watchmen.

Did I miss something? What made Barry start suspecting Wells of something so much so that he mentioned it to Joe?

Barry remembers Iris telling him her boss was looking into Wells. Her boss then ends up murdered in the new timeline. Thats a bit suspicious.

I hope Barry is up to full speed by the time that faceoff happens, because I don't see the other two being able to do much against RF.

You know what would blow everyone's mind? If they line up to faceoff against RF, and Grodd steps out of the shadows to even the odds. I would flip completely out if that happened. But that would probably be too much to pull off on tv.

They haven't touched on it yet, but Firestorm is one of the most powerful superheroes in the DCU. Once he realizes that he can realign the atomic structure of things, he'll be a match for everyone.

And Ollie... he's the Batman of his universe... so he cheats.

BTW, the rumors of Tom Welling appearing in the season finale as Superman have been ruled as false.

Where did this come from? I don't think I would have liked it. (I'm a huge Smallville fan, though)

Yeah, DC kind of went overboard with his powers over the years. But on the show, he seems to only be able to blast fire and fly at this point. Maybe they'll have him grow his powers over time on the show.

But even at the height of his powers, Firestorm would still have a hard time stopping RF for the simple fact that it's almost impossible to hit something moving as fast as the RF can move. The Flash and RF are also two of the most powerful characters in the DCU.

It's only a matter of time before he starts keeping a dossier on everyone.

S1E17 Trickesters: “A copycat killer who goes by the name “The Trickster” (guest star Devon Graye) starts setting off bombs in Central City. In order to stop the villain, Barry (Grant Gustin) and Joe (Jesse L. Martin) meet with the original Trickster, a criminal mastermind named James Jesse (guest star Mark Hamill), who has been imprisoned for 20 years. Things quickly go from bad to worse when the Tricksters unite and take Henry (John Wesley Shipp) prisoner. Meanwhile, Iris (Candice Patton) asks Eddie (Rick Cosnett) for help with a case, and flashbacks show how Harrison Wells (Tom Cavanagh) came up with the idea for the particle accelerator.”

Can't wait to see Hamil in action. I bet he knocks his Trickster character out of the park.

I guess that was Eobard Thawne. Wells was a real person in the current timeline. I'm guessing at some point Thawne killed Wells, and took his identity and his face or body or something?

It wasn't Barry's dad though.

No love for the "I am your father" line from Mark Hamill?
