Fans Who Feel Entitled

We have individuals on this board whose scathing posts and comments cause me to wonder if they feel that the coaches and players on this team are required to win football games for them. They seem to take it as a personal affront when we lose. That I may support the Tigers by buying football tickets does not make our teams obligated to please me. That just insures that I have a seat for the games.
Folks, the players and coaches are not going out there each game to deliberately lose. They are not trying to miss tackles, throw incomplete passes, miss blocks, etc. You act as though you are entitled to a victory and, by God, somebody has to be endlessly criticized if we don't win.
We are talking about a GAME. Some of you whine so greatly that one would think that you've been attacked by a terrorist or inflicted with a deadly disease.
I'd like LSU to win every game in every sport, forever. Sometimes, I just have to accept the fact that we may not be a good as the other teams.

Isn't it ironic that the fans complain abouth the coaches' and players' performance but under perform themselves by not staying the whole game?

They do play the games for the fans. Without fans the sports would not exist. No fans = No money.

I think anyone who is a TAF donor has a right to feel entitled to wins from Les Miles, considering how much they pay him. His state salary is also the highest salary of any state employee, so to a lesser extent any taxpayer also has a right to gripe.
Feeling entitled to wins from players is another thing. Like it or not, they are still amateurs.
