IF 2014 is 7 win team at best, would you prefer no bowl or a lower tier bowl?

Obviously you cant do anything about it, but if this our destiny, would you rather see no bowl or LSU play in a place like Shreveport, Birmingham, Charlotte, or Memphis?

Would you travel to the game?

...I understand you need 6 games to go to bowl. I've heard some fans say that if we don't go to a big bowl, they don't want to go to any. That basically says they prefer 5 wins to 6 or 7. Curious where some of you stand.

Want them to play in a bowl even if no fans want to go.
We should still be able to win one of those lower tier games

Well if we go 5-7 we wont have a choice because we will not be bowl eligible.

Did you really not know you need to win 6 games to be bowl eligible?

Easily go to a bowl. Get the young guys a few more weeks of practice

Bowl so they get the extra practice time.

I would go watch as long as the game was on a weekend and I didn't have to take off work.

I understand that, and am asking what would be preferred. I've heard folks IRL saying they would prefer no bowl if it's not a good one.

No bowl but at least that means we can get rid of miles and bring in Chad Morris or Kirby Smart.

This times a million. We're going to need those desperately to get us prepared for 2015.

Talent isn't the issue, experience and reps are, the more the better.

I wouldn't travel. But, I'd rather see this team in a bowl game.

Anybody who says they would rather LSU not go to a bowl is lying.

Yes, it sucks right now, but if LSU were to go 6-6, everyone will have accepted the reality of the season, and would still watch LSU play in a crappy bowl.
