Most contracts have what's called aMental Incompetency clause in them that let's you break the contract. As a good attorney and Im sure LSU has much better attorneys than me, I believe you could go back over the 10 years and point out some laspes of mental judgment especially when it comes to clock management that there could at least make an argument to get out of the K for mental incompetency. Remember where there is a will there is a way. Just a thought, Sorry fellows out, Got to get to a hearing right now.

This "argument" would only be as to competency/capacity in making the contract. LSU knew of any potential "issues" when it renewed/extended Miles' contract.

Good idea. If that doesn't work, let's pay someone $15MM to set him up for some bogus crime, that way we save $1MM on the buyout.
