I really think Miles is the right guy to manage/lead the football program but he is too old fashioned and too conservative to coach a football game that is entertaining and enjoyable by a lot of LSU fans. I wish instead of just bashing him on this board, we offer specific suggestions regarding how to get him to change (specifically offense). Bashing Miles will not hurt Miles, it will hurt LSU football program.

Then why suggest ways for him to change when he is not going to change or suddenly be less of a moron on gameday?

I like the system we have when we execute it. But it takes a real QB to run it, and you have to develop those. We need to be better at Recruiting QBs consistently so we don't have these drop offs.

That being said sometimes i really with we had a system where you can plug in a retard like Nick Marshall and score points.

He is going to be here at least until this freshmen class leaves school.

You didn't answer the question. Why come on this board and opine ways Miles should change when he is not going to change?

Then why bash? To hurt the program? At least suggestions may help him.

He doesn't change. He isn't listening to fans on TD.

Many of us want him gone because LSU can definitely do better. We fear the slide down the SEC pecking order that will happen as this guy continues to be overmatched by the rest of the West.

No good coach in the right mind at LSU would fire him because if they did nobody in the right mind will become the next coach. Also, I meant suggest ways to get your feedback to him, I didn't say he should read this board.

Utterly wrong. This is the flagship school of the most football talent rich state per capita in the nation. LSU plays in the premier football conference in America. The team plays in a stadium with over 100,000 seats. The program pays at least $4 million per season to coach the team.

You could not be more wrong.

coaches have egos. I would bet many coaches think they could do better. Money, recruiting, and being in the sec would make this a very appealing job.

so few on here understand how difficult our offensive system is. we have got to recruit QB more consistently. we have tried but the turnover there is horrific. I guess it is just about everywhere; the loser of the qb battle just transfers these days. no one waits their turn like Flynn did anymore.

the hell of it is that the best pro style high school qb's should come to LSU and be tutored by Cameron.

Many other coaches and analysts fricking laugh at Miles. Just like many of us, they marvel at how such a limited man has been so successful. They all know LSU is an elite job.

Is it wrong that I used Les Miles as an example to my son in the lesson that life is not fair?

I'm sure these analysts and other coaches that are "laughing" have better resumes and track records than miles then?

No they probably don't so I don't know why you give a frick.

But I guess I am talking to low football iq lsu "fans"...
