About 25 of the 32 NFL teams have been blown out this season

Someone can fact check that, but I'm pretty sure that almost every team to this point has been blown out at least once this year.
Eta: by blown out I mean lost by a substantial margin (20+ points)

Texans only lost by 13 to the giants. Although they got a late td I think.
Eagles haven't been blown out. Not the cowboys, or broncos, or Seahawks, or niners, or bills, or browns, or ravens, or colts, or chargers

Sure but they could easily be 0-4
