When did teams start going for it so much on 4th downs in the RZ?

I know it's sort of been the trend the past 2 year, but this year has been unreal. Teams are constantly going for it on fourth downs. Ex. Ravens just went for it on 4th and 1 inside the 5. Went for it and Flacco got sacked.
