we all know that ncaa football is cyclical when it comes to success. I grew up in the 80's-90's and it was fricking miserable. I remember thinking to myself that if only I could watch lsu in a n.c. game then I could die a happy man one day.

well....I got to watch them play in 3.

so, I really really enjoyed this ride. thanks coach saban and coach miles.

amen bro... I never thought I would see it in my lifetime, but LSU stepped up and were lucky enough to hire Saban who built this golden age. But, LSU made a misstep when they hired Miles as he was NOT ready for a job like this. Blah blah about his record. LSU has paid the money for an excellent supporting staff (including 2 $1M+ coordinators and Tommy Moffit). That and all this Louisiana talent is why his record is good. We all know, Miles is a great recruiter but an aweful gameday coach. The departing juniors see this and leave and Miles does not have the ability to develop freshmen to cover these losses. The Cat is out of the bag on this one... There is no place for him to hide now.

It was fun while it lasted. Hopefully this will not be the end.

Not the end, but hopefully a new beginning.
