Rooted my S5 and need some suggestions for improvement. Got X posed and Wanum installed.

I try to install it from drive and it tells me it can't be installed? Can I do it from the phone or do I need to do it on my pc?

Your phone, it's a .apk file which is what android apps are.
You'll need to go into settings > security and check allow unknown sources as well.
Also go to LINK on your phone and install their app for a ton of cracked apps.

How was the rooting process? I haven't looked into rooting my S5 in several months since it was basically impossible.

Go to towelroot.com and install the apk. Then it's as easy as opening the app and pressing one button.
ETA: I think a new update from carriers makes towelroot not work but cf auto root is said to still work.
