What's the best PA system for a car?

I need it to be loud enough for cars in front of me to hear it while driving. TIA!

Just so you know, sirens/ pa stuff cant be heard by people in front of you if you are travelling faster than about 45 mph, because the air rushing into the siren cancels out its forward projection.

Thats good to know, most people I want to talk to will be going under 45. Does ANYONE know of any good brands?
