I've heard good things, but I'm not sure about the winters. It looks like UT-Memphis is also in the running as well.

We are headed to Portland on Wednesday to look around, and we plan on doing some touristy things in Astoria and Seattle. I hear the weather there this time of year is just fantastic .

I've been offered a job that is exactly what I was looking for. The pay is at a level that would take me 9 or 10 more years at my current employer to match if I were to stay. I didn't think I'd make it to this point before I was 30. I accepted it last week.
