I like Ellington this week and I'm starting him in my flex. I tend to always start RBs in the flex spot though due to the amount of touches.

That's if they are the starting RB and with standard scoring

Is it weird I think all three of those guys are better options than DT88?

Here's what I think happens...

Maclin vs StL - StL is pretty bad on defense, PHI is at home, they got their OT Lane Johnson back
Benjamin vs CHI - CHI is going to get carved up by Cotchery, Olsen, Benjamin
Ellington vs DEN - Denver's defense isn't all that great and has allowed an average of over 100 yards to runners, ARI's defense should keep the game pretty close even with Drew Stanton back there (who has performed very well thus far)
DT88 vs ARI - Cromartie, Mathieu and Patrick Peterson are probably going to try their best to limit Sanders and DT88. Pretty good DB's...

I think I agree with all of that, and it is made even more tempting because DT88 hasn't been putting up monster numbers. This is a very tempting situation to go against the always start your studs rule.

I'm interested in this because I have a trade proposal with one guy for Maclin and with another for Benjamin.

I would prefer Maclin though and am offering more for him than Benjamin.

Last week Maclin had a pretty pedestrian game but Cobb and Benjamin got me 40 pts bt them

Cobb has already gotten me 8 pts Thursday

I'm thinking I may let Thomas stay on the bench til he proves himself but then I still need to decide which WR to start and who to put at flex out of the other WR and Ellington

Maclin has been getting 14-16 looks a game! That is insane. The points are gonna come. I would never bench him.

I would start Benjamin and Maclin. all three of those guys should perform pretty well. I don't have maclin or Cobb, but I'm starting Benjamin and Ellington with absolutely no worries at all. (I think Ellington and DT88 carry the most doubt at performing between the 4 guys you listed; hoping Stanton continually balls out, unlike Cousins)

About as weird as starting jerick McKinnon over Eddie Lacy and Montee ball

At least all the guys he listed are #1's. McKinnon is still #2. McKinnon might do better than Ball...

I would take Ellington in a standard, but you are out of your damn mind if you bench Thomas.

OP, you do what you want. Don't listen to me.

If you bench DT88 and he goes off, that'll be on you 95% (+ my bad 5% for influencing you).

If DT88 doesn't go off, all the signs were there. And we can HA! together

Benched Benjamin and Ellington

Went with DT88 at WR and Maclin at Flex

13 from Maclin

Only 4 so far from Thomas but considering Benjamin only had 1 I think I made the right call

Helps that Olsen went off today for me
