No I mean once I'm in the app. It gives you a choice to download or stream? The app keeps the downloads within itself?

It's one of the best features.
You can stream choosing from three resolutions or download into the app to watch off line. It also airplays.
It is pretty great. The TV shows have current episodes, not just catalogs.
