Who you got?

I'm gonna say Nationals in 5. They're the better team but SF has been the best playoff team over the last 5 years so they'll make it tough.

I'll say nats in 6.

We're more talented but it'll be tough no doubt.

It's a best of 5 series. I think Giants split in D.C. (winning game 1) and close it out by winning games 3 and 4 @ home.

Didn't you pick the nats to win the WS just a few days ago? You didn't expect your giants to beat the pirates?

Allow for a little homerism! at least until Strasburg proves he can actually shut us down in game 1, okay pal?

I find it funny that someone refers to a team as "we're" and doesn't know the division series is a best of 5.

Do you follow baseball at all?

Come on.

Here's your first pull off the fact sheet to use IRL tomorrow to anyone who claims Nats will roll:

quote:

Strasburg has faced the Giants twice this year with mixed results going 1-0 with a 5.40 ERA.

meanwhile...

quote:

Jake Peavy last pitched on Saturday so he will be working with an extra day of rest. He finished the season strong with a 1.35 ERA over his final nine starts. Peavy has not faced the Nats this year. He had a 1.59 ERA in 2013 ALDS.

The Nats won the regular season series against SF 5-2 this season. While that is not conclusive of the outcome of post season play, I expect Washington to win.

Go Nats!

i think he's also kinda pointing out the fact that predicting the nats to win the world series and then the giants to win this series is kind of a pussy move as far as message boards are concerned. contradicting predictions so that you cant miss!

I'm a huge giants fan but I gotta disagree, the giants have 2 World Series titles but the cards did this:

2009: NL CENTRAL champs
2011: won World Series
2012: got to NLCS
2013: won the NL, played in WS
