ESPN Power Rankings
Auburn doesn't have it much easier after this game. Both teams will have a tough road. Hopefully our (remaining schedule) starts out good on Saturday night.

I don't understand why ESPN would even promote this when SOS will not be considered any longer by their playoff committee.

With humans now involved, SOS will be considered.... the human mind cannot ignore SOS like a computer can.

Auburn's easiest SEC game left is USCe at home (already played Arky); along with UGA, they have as tough a draw as you can get from the East. We still have UF and UK to play from the East, which should be easier. We're probably #1 because Auburn still has Samford left to play.

This is what worries sec fans about the human consideration for SOS.
Guys like pat Haden, whom visit the field when their bitch kid texts and complains, will say that their conference's SOS is tougher if it gets their conf team in.
