Any recommendations regardng CAM charges?

Are there any state-specific sites for issues regarding CAM (common area maintenance) charges? Legal advice or just descriptive reading? All the sites I've come across are pretty generic and don't cover anything regarding insurance.
I heard from our insurance agent that you cannot forcibly make your tenants pay for CAM insurance. We have been paying everything else regarding CAM charges but the insurance part since we've had our own insurance for our side of the property. We may have been getting charged this extra fee for quite some time... Thanks in advance.

Your lease probably spells out the CAM percentages you can be charged above the lease. Our building management group tried to raise my fees over 8% even though our contract only allowed a max of 4. Building was owned by Tommy Spinosa.
