12 Team PPR Trade Help Needed

I'm stacked at WR and trying to upgrade my RB2, looking for a good starting spot in a trade negotiation
Hypothetically, is Alshon for an Alfred Morris or Montee Ball straight up a solid deal? Should I float a Steve Smith or K Benjamin first?
My current roster:
QB: Foles, Brady
WR: Julio, Alshon, Steve Smith Sr, K Benjamin, Josh Gordon, Hakeem Nicks
RB: Lynch, Lamar Miller, Damnit Donald, Jerick McKinnon, Toby Gerhart
TE: Gronk, Kelce
D: 49ers
K: Hauschka
ETA: I've looked at the CBS trade chart but coming here for a few more opinions before I start the haggling

I wouldnt force any trades. Your team is strong for a 12 team league. I would wait for someone to approach you giving you the upper hand
