For some reason (a TP article this morning, I guess), I was thinking about this guy. Will he contribute significantly this year? He's a 6'9" first round pick who shows flashes of a decent shot. Is it just wishful thinking?

I doubt he plays many meaningful minutes of everyone is healthy.

I really think it is. The only way I see Babbit getting minutes that matter is if Salmons is a bust, which I'm not expecting, or Ryno gets injured, which I'm praying won't happen. Remember that Babbit was so close to gone they took him off the Summer League roster. That doesn't say he's the 15th man, but it does say he's the most expendable of the end of the bench.
