SEC schools dominate NFL rosters

All in all, according to the NFL, 247 colleges were represented on NFL Week 1 rosters, and these were the 12 schools powering the bulk of talent:


LSU: 38 players
USC: 37
Alabama: 36
Georgia: 34
Florida: 33
Florida State: 33
Miami: 31
California: 29
Ohio State: 29
Notre Dame: 28
Tennessee: 28
Wisconsin: 27

Usc holding down all 3 LB spots is damn impressive as well

i know we have 6 LBs in the league so i dont know how we dont hold one of the spots

Yea we've got 6 as well, looks like if a school produced enough to fill out the depth chart at a position then they went with them. We've got 6 DE in the league but they gave both spots to uga.

Was thinking the same thing as well. off the top of my head without looking, Landry, Bechham, Bowe, Lafell, Randle.... Who else?

Great chart, but we know the rant can come up with enough LSU players at other positions to match or top some of these schools...
