That is nothing like the boater safety online course then That shite took me like 8 combined hours over the course of a week.

After passing the test, I have to go to a range correct? What takes place there?

Ya you go to a field day and they always book up so you need to start looking soon. But they go over the entire stuff you were "suppose" to read and take another test. Shoot a gun and that's pretty much it. I know many women that have passed it easily so you might have a chance

the online quizzes are like "if you're about to shoot and someone walks in front of you, should you shoot or no?" you answer a bunch of questions like that then go to this shitty range day with a bunch of fatass old people and 13 year olds. you learn similar retarded shite and take a retarded test, and you have to shoot 3 skeet with the class, none of whom can shoot for shite

have fun

The online test portion doesn't take that long from what I remember. But the actual class that you have to attend is around 6 hours I believe

Eta: and yes it's full of fat asses and 13 yo who ask the stupidest questions over and over and over again.
Have fun. .

My wife did hers not long ago and I took the online tests. She never studied and never really hunted before and still passed. A lot of common sense stuff.

Appreciate it...looks like we will be getting a group of 4-5 of us to do this so hopefully that will cut down on the number of fatasses and 13 yr olds

I wanna say the actual class was around 4 hours but yeah it sucks and is so boring. Online is simple and quick
