Auburn, after catching its breath against Louisiana Tech, is another team that's about to enter a defining stretch of its season. That starts with a visit this weekend from an LSU team that's desperate to avoid a second conference loss. Then it's four road games against teams all ranked in the FPI top 15: Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Georgia and Alabama. Sprinkle a visit from Texas A&M right into the middle of that, and you have the second-toughest remaining schedule in college football (LSU's ranks as toughest). FPI gives Auburn only a 1 percent chance of running the table.

Meh. Everyone is a little overrated at the moment.

Not saying we are the bees knees or anything but Auburn, A&M, Florida, and Ole Miss are all pretty winnable games.

We will most likely be the underdog in most of those games though.

Agree with your assessment. No one really knows who the dominant team is but by the end of October it should be evident.

I don't think any team in the SEC west gets though with no losses. Division is just too tough for anyone to run the table.

It's pretty damn hard. Almost just like any other west schedule, though. Brutal

Just take it one game/week at a time. Even Kentucky, the easiest opponent on the schedule, is a formidable opponent

It will be hard to keep these young kids focused but I hope our coaching staff is up for the challenge.

Yes and I'll throw Bama in their as well. I really want to see what HAPPENS THIS WEEKEND, but right now, I think every West team can beat any other West team.
This time next week, I may have a different opinion.
