Time to sell on Eddie Royal or hang on to him?

Is it time to sell high? Or does anybody see him posting decent stats this year and beyond? Hes had back to back weeks now with 2 TDs and in our PPR dynasty league. In those weeks he has posted 18.8 and 25.8 points. I dont expect him to post a TD every game, but with Allen and Gates getting most of the defensive attention, I could still see Royal getting 1 on 1 coverage. So should I sell or hold onto him?
