I was watching the Fox 8 post game show last night and you can just see the look on all of the players faces around him. They look scared and blank stares all around.

It's a fair point. Players on our team rarely look hyped. Bunch of passive looking dudes just playing some football.

After awhile it's like, we're a shitty team. What can you possibly say to these guys? When we get to being 3-7 it kinda loses it's luster before the game.

When you're playing as bad as this club is, no speech will fire anyone up. But it's become a staple so I guess he needs to keep it going. Stopping now would really look like he's throwing in the towel.
