just how good is chief at coaching up the linebackers?

I ask this because it always takes at LEAST three years for him to have a mlb ready.
Is his scheme so complex that our best athletes have trouble grasping it?
Or are they not getting coached up?

Well here's the thing, I believe the linebackers are well coached, they know the game and can read an offense. But there's one thing that can't be coached, it's called talent.
