Went to Chelsea's on Thurs. for "Drop the Needle" night. Pretty cool. A band, with musicians who rotate (7 singers, alot of people played multiple instruments) played "Ziggy Stardust", start to finish. It was great. The crowd was into it. Sit down type experience. They started with a 1/2 hour of "filler" Bowie b/c the album is about 44 minutes (the show was 90 minutes). They are doing JJ Cale next, before moving to the Shaw Center downtown. I really recommend it. I am not a huge Bowie fan and I loved it!!

They only do it once a month.

Third Thursday of the month usually I believe. It is awesome. The Catchings brothers are usually a part of the band.
