Is there a qb recruiting negative if Harris has a great year?

It's not lunacy thinking 2 studs wouldn't BOTH come if the job was won by the true freshman and he HAS a historical freshman campaign.

But again, I thought at least one or both were 2015

Well what do you think Jennings is ? A senior ? There's always going to be upperclassmen for an incoming player to compete against for a starting job, whether he's tearing it up or he's Jordan Jefferson like. Promoting Harris tells me CLM feels the heat, and if Jennings had started the whole year there would be as much heat as the year we were playing at Auburn, and it almost burnt down. At least now we have a fighting chance, but I think Auburn will run for 225 yds, if not more. We need Beckwiiths size and strength NOW !

Franks and Patterson are 2016

This and Franks/Patterson will need a few years to learn Cam's system.

I see BH playing all four years. One of these two will start as a Junior and maybe getting some PT their Sophomore season

Anyone ever see Ucla's QB depth??? It's rediculous, like 6 guys back there and all are scholarship QBs. Crazy so if we have trouble holding onto one we need to go grab that recruiter. It's funny how no other team has trouble holding onto their depth but if LSU has a stacked Dline or backfield or what ever, guys do t want to commit?? I don't get that? It's the damn media not bringing this stuff to light with those schools but let LSU be stacked somewhere all you would hear is LSU this LSU that, bama sends high four stars to the bench and RS them, keeps em for their 5th year but LSU can't hold onto them? They transfer or say well too much depth and go elsewhere. We need better recruiters man or a change in what we are saying to these guys, bc our approach just isn't working to keep quality depth. We shouldn't ever be young all over the field ever. At one spot here and there ok but all over no we shouldn't be. This is LSU and we should expect more out of our coaches. Hey they get paid with the best we need to keep the best on campus. Don't get me wrong I think our recruiting is great but keeping these guys is getting harder and harder. It shouldn't be really.
