Toby vs Bishop, this week forward?

Who would you rather have going forward?

Some feel that Toby is going to finally mean something that blake bortles is qb in jacksonville.

Now regardless of who the qb is, they are still jacksonville. But he doesn't need to do much to be fantasy relevant. Just 50 yards and a td a week would be great for him.

Or Bishop Sankey. He might finally be getting more reps. Is his footwork right? Will he make the right reads? He was the first rb drafted this year. And the titans have a decent run blocking line supposedly.
