Was given a pair of South Stadium Club tickets in section 553...does anyone have experience in this area of the stadium? Have only ever sat in the Upper Deck so wondering how these compare.

Trying to decide if I should try to swap with someone with lower bowl tickets on the sidelines...Should I just try these out?

Also, is club considered similar to suite seats i.e. catering and beverages, or is Stadium Club just the name of a seating area? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Didn't know if I would get better answers here or ticket exchange..

If they are in the new area, I would sit there in a heartbeat....A/C, great food, alcohol for purchase, all right there in your section.....

I looked on LSU sports website and it looks like its part of the addition...or at least right below it. Can't quite tell

I was in the club last game. Do not swap.

You will not want to return to the original bowl after the experience.

For the first time in the history of attending games in tiger stadium, I was comfortable for the entire game.

Attendant in the restrooms at all times cleaning up.

Food all you want for free. Alcohol for purchase. Air conditioning. 65 inch TVs everywhere.

I like the view. Others may argue otherwise.

Okay sounds good then, like I said just don't have any experience in thus sort of thing and didnt know if it would just be a bunch of corporate type people sitting on their hands, that I see lots of posters complaining about frequently (I prefer to be involved in the game as much as I can)

From looking on the website the view looks perfectly acceptable to me as far as I can tell. The private restrooms also sound really nice, especially since my wife is going to attend.

if you average out the price per game, these are $400 tickets. great free food and soft drinks, as was said can buy booze. try it, endzone view from these seats, but not bad.

Everything this guy said... Is correct.

They are great seats. Go an hour before the game (or more) and enjoy AC, the other games on the TVs, food, and actually relatively reasonably priced drinks (Tito's and tonic is $7). If you're cheap, I believe you can just go up there and eat, come back down and shotgun a few more beers, then head back up, but I'm not 100% on that since I just went ahead and paid for the drinks.

Im not worried about paying for drinks. Would prefer that than the hassle of trying to go back and forth or whatever...im guessing the beverage lines will be a lot better than normal TS concession lines?

Thanks to everyone tremebdously for the input. Sounds like its an easy decision!

I was invited to a suite for the game tomorrow night, what attire is appropriate? I was thinking about wearing khaki shorts and an lsu columbia fishing shirt.

The lines are either non existent or are quick. Get there at least an hour before to enjoy the club. I went two hours before and had somuch fun time flew by. There are couches to sit down and the play music plus lsu band music before.

If you see a couple with a stroller that's me come and say hello.

Its not rowdy but its not corporate. More like alumni families who like lsu but don't want to misbehave.

You will have fun. Be sure to get a food menu when you enter if you don't want to explore. Bars only take credit cards or club cards. No cash.

If it eases your mind, I'll give you two, lower bowl tickets on about the 30 yard line for your two south stadium club tickets. Deal?

While I appreciate your offer, I think im convinced to give the club seats a shot lol. It sounds like itll be worth the experience considering the fact that I didnt have to pay haha. Got very lucky!
