Drop Ryan Matthews for Joique Bell?

So someone in my league dropped Bell and I'm wondering if I should try to take a stab at him. The only person I'd be willing to drop right now is Matthews, but I'm thinking I might be able to hold on a few weeks until Matthews gets back. I figure no matter what he'll always split time with Reggie barring injury while Matthews will be the clear 1 when he gets back. More than likely I won't get him anyway cause I'm 7th on waivers, but I'm wondering if it's even worth it or should I just stick with Matthews? RBs look like this:
