It depends. If $ was no issue then I would consider London but if I was on a budget I would live in Australia. I know, Australia is expensive but if I am gonna be broke I would rather be by a warm beach than in a cold and overcast country.

Can visit multiple countries in europe easily and still get to American pretty easily as well. Moving to Australia would be rough Geography wise
