Planning on golf and pool during the day and gambling and night. Are there any decent food options on the property?

If they have a steakhouse like BR does, go there.

Asia is closed and there's no steakhouse. Darrells for lunch AND dinner?

Asia is good Asian.

Ember Wine Bar & Grill is solid, from I hear, expensive though.

If I were, I'd wander off property and go have a meal at Mazen's.

We went there early this spring.

I found it to be less infiltrated with gambling degenerate pos than others.
They have 3-4 restaurants

The pool is on the hotel roof. Never been in it.

I thought 18 Steakhouse was very good.

There are also some things at The Stadium (sports bar) that I like that the steakhouse does not have.

The table minimums are higher, especially on the weekend.

The trashy degenerates stick to the isle of Capri, for the most part.

LC means Lake Charles, doesn't it?

I said "if they have a steakhouse like BR" so it's apparent I knew the difference, at least to everyone but you.

Its actually not LDL anymore. When they brought the Baton Rouge casino in they rebranded to Lauberge Lake Charles and Lauberge Baton Rouge.

But LC is the flagship, so we're just Lauberge. Suck it, LBR.

Ember in in there, great steak but expensive.

Head to Loggerhead's and have a beer on the river.

Good steak too. I'm not big on expensive places but I've gone to Ember, 121, and Mazens for work recently and enjoyed all their steaks.

Outback brah!

But seriously, it seems to be a hot debate topic, but I'd add Harlequin to great steak list. Not sure if jerry is still there, but his steaks are always awesome
