Thom Yorke has announced a new album, Tomorrow's Modern Boxes. In a letter co-authored with Radiohead producer Nigel Godrich, he said the album will be distributed via torrent service BitTorrent.

The Eraser was a pretty good album. Looking forward to this.

Radiohead is another band who's missed on 2 of their last 3 albums yet somehow remains "cool" while Arcade Fire and Muse now "suck".

Last album was awesome.

I need to check out some of York's solos stuff.

I haven't heard the Eraser yet.

The album sales speak for themselves

well duh

Phil was a beast

But Pete was responsible for Selling England by the Pound, their crowning achievement, and for the Sledgehammer, the greatest song of all time, so he's pretty badass too

It is pretty experimental electronic music. Less accessible than The Eraser. An atmospheric, laidback affair and nothing earth-shattering.

Personally I just hope that the new Radiohead album has more of a rock edge to it.

If you like the new Aphex Twin you'd probably like Tomorrow's Modern Boxes
