How many personality/mental disorders are present in "It's Always Sunny"?

First of all, the characters are pretty much all destructive assholes, both towards society and each other.
Dennis is clearly a sociopath with the narcissistic tendencies and sexual behaviors present in most serial killers.
Mac has textbook body dysmorphic disorder.
Dee has delusions of grandeur
Charlie seems to be the sickest by far and I wouldn't rule out schizophrenia. (I can't remember if his "dream book" was based on actual dreams or hallucinations)
Frank just seems to be an eccentric a-hole.
None of these dark observations affects my enjoyment of the show at all, FWIW. I actually feel it's the point. I also feel like Dennis is currently the most underrated comedy character on television.

Maybe, but it's hard for him to gain mainstream popularity because he's so creepy and terrible
