That is, does Les Miles hold Brandon Harris to a higher standard than Anthony Jennings in practice when determining who starts?

nobody on this board can answer that question

Les isn't starting a Freshman QB ever again

Damn. I thought the rant was full of insiders.

Yes, definitely.
My roommates old neighbor dates a girl whose cousin is friends with a guy whose brother is married to a girl and her uncle is at practice everyday.

I want Brandon to start as much as anyone around here but I understand why Les is sticking with Jennings right now. I honestly believe Les when he says we will begin to see more of Harris. Eventually he's going to take the job.

You have to know the calls to run the offense. Not just plays but motions and protections.

Les Miles doesn't attend practices. I thought everyone knew that...

Seriously, this make a lot of sense.

right
I imagine Jennings can probably tell you every play that LSU has (insert they only have 3 plays joke here) without thinking
while Harris might have to think about it a bit more
that would be my guess

I think Jennings is going to play his way out of the job. He will do OK this weekend but when we play Auburn and Florida you'll see some seperation between the two, imo.

How would anyone here be able to answer this question?
Posted on 9/25/14 at 8:44 am to GumboPot
He and the other coaches probably see a guy that doesn't know and run the offense as well as the guy who has been here a few years

Yep jennings will implode similar to lee throwing multiple interceptions sealing his doom against ole miss in 2008.

Harris may not be the Answer, but I'm virtually certain that Jennings isn't either.

That's the same girl that does hair, nails, toes, babysits, and sells crack from the same house

Agree.
The separation will happen because Jennings hasn't demonstrated the arm strength to make the throws in semi-tight windows...over the middle and between the safety and corner along the sidelines. This is critical in the type of offense Miles wants to utilize...run first and set up the play action.

How many practices have you been to? Just curious?
