Cooks or Keenan Allen in the flex spot?

I know Allen will have a break out week, but is this the week? I also have Cooks who has been pretty consistent. I just can't afford the 5 point outing from Allen again. What do you guys think?

If Allen is gonna have that break out week, it probably will be this matchup vs the Jags. But Cooks has been consistent and that is usually the route I go.

Pretty sure a grumpy Mo Claiborne is going to be covering Cooks in the slot. Cooks should have his best game of the season.
