Who to drop to pick up a defense?

So I have Cincinnati as my defense and they are on a bye this week. Before you tell me to just drop Cincinnati and pick up a new defense, I'll tell you why I don't want to do that. This league is made up of a lot of inexperienced players and most of them hold 2 defenses through the whole year - don't ask me why, I certainly don't. So there aren't a lot of good defenses on the WW every week. So I don't want to drop Cin.
I can drop either Terrance Williams or Greg Jennings to pick up a weekly flyer (and then drop them next week to pick up another WR). Which would you drop?
10 team standard league
2 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE (no flex)
QB: Stafford, Romo, Dalton
RB: McCoy, LBell, Ball, Hill
WR: Allen, Colston, Tate, Gordon, Williams, Jennings
TE: Thomas, Ertz

I dropped Jennings in my 14-Team league. Terrance Williams has more upside and Romo seems to be improving week by week. Terrance Williams should continue to put up better numbers in the weeks to come with defenses focusing on Dez and Murray.

If your league is full of inexperienced players, will they think to pick up cinch with a waiver trans? If so, that doesn't sound inexperienced. secondly, whats your ww status?
To answer your question, I wouldn't drop Jennings. I think he'll be Bridgewaters go to guy. I watched the game and once Teddy came in, Pattersons targets went down and Jennings went up. Felt like every passing play went his way. Terrance is a TD dependent WR. Id drop him of the bunch.

Drop Jennings. Rookie QB and backup RB = more targets for Jennings. Unfortunately those targets more likely than not, will either hit the ground or the defenders hands.
