He was everyone's favorite whipping boy on the coaching staff last year. He was the Javi of the football team. Maybe he is missed more than you Tards want to let on?

His time seems to be up (hopefully), but Les played the position. I just don't understand how we can be so bad.

Plenty of people have called out Grimes. It's a moot point, Stud checked out after being demoted. People forget we hired an OC while the job wasn't vacant.

Speaking for myself, I'm giving Grimes a year. The OL has been pretty bad, but the unit has been weak for the better part of several years now. If we don't see significant improvement by the second year, I'll be worried.

Exactly. I don't see the issue with letting Grimes get his players into the system, or at least giving him more time to implement his system with the current players. If there's one thing we can confirm, it's that we really miss Trai Turner
