I asked the question here in a thread a week ago about the 2TE/1WR I-Formation..

I am still wondering why we see the merit in running it against a 9 man front. There is no advantage. Period.

i think because somehow it worked in 2011 and he thinks he can do it all the time.

We also had a defense that could stop people then too.

I still wonder what game people watched. We ran more from the 1 te two wrs.

Or it worked for Michigan when he played in the 70's and he thinks it still works to this day. And it does playing the cream puff OOC teams but everyone else, not so much

and when he tries to be different, the read option is terrible for us and so is the screen pass. It's like we practice it for 5 minutes a week.
