How would this offensive personnel package look?

FB - Hilliard or Williams
TB - Fournette
3 WR set - Dupre, Dural, Diarse
Put Diarse in the slot acting as pretty much a TE split out
I think we've proven our TEs aren't much of a threat in the passing game. We certainly need more space for our backs to run. This would allow us to put 2 legit threats out wide and have another solid option in the slot or TE position, whatever you want to call it.
You could still run an I formation here if you were dead set on it but you could also run a pro set or a shotgun set up with split backs.
In this scenario, every skill position player on the field is a legit receiving option. Both backs are an option to run the ball in any formation (yeah, I know a lot of people aren't a fan of handing to the fullback in the I but it is what it is and sometimes it works)
I'm no coaching genius but we need to find a way to maximize our skill position talent on the field IMO to help the young QBs.
What say you?

Teams would still bring a lot of pressure. We may have mobile quarterbacks, but they have to keep their eyes downfield. If we go with this package, I would have to make Harris the QB. He would give you the best chance to win.

only when we fall behind by a lot

I'd take it if they stayed in the shotgun all the time. Our QB's are not ready to drop back from center.

Not that often, not with that personnel

This. It doesn't matter who plays for LSU because neither is good enough to run a pro-style offense yet, though I think Harris could in the future. I would love to see more shotgun and some pistol formations that would allow them to utilize their strengths, be we all know that's not going to happen.
