Where, pray tell, did you receive your higher education? Given your incomprehensible OP, I certainly hope it was not LSU.

Why if you have a different opinion you have to be a shitty fan? The shitty fans are the ones who act like there isn't a major problem.

Major problem?

There isn't a major problem. We will be fine.

Youth and inexperience are not major problems.

Nah, if you're disappointed with the loss, that's fine. If you're aggravated with the teams performance, that's fine.

Some people just need to recognize that shite happens and life goes on.

Is there an excuse for why we lost to State? Eh, not really. Think about it like this though. Dozens of good teams lose to shitty teams (teams that are worse than them in every facet you mentioned) every fricking year.

Get over it, move on, and enjoy next week.

Examples you'll probably know from recent history...

Boston College beating USC

Iowa State beating Oklahoma State

ULM beating Arkansas

Indiana and Missouri

East Carolina and Virginia Tech

North Carolina State and Florida State a few years ago.

And it goes on, and on, and on...

Upsets happen every year in college football (part of what makes it greats) and this wasn't even a shocker of one. A lot of people wouldn't have been shocked if they pulled off the upset. Surprised? Sure, but not shocked.

Yes.

We were playing a lot of freshmen and sophomores against a very good, experienced team last night.

If you thought LSU was going to go 11-1 or 10-2 this year, that was pretty unrealistic. If we only manage to win 6 games, then yes, that is a major problem. Because that would mean we really didn't develop much at all as the season went on.

We're struggling to find our identity as a team right now, and we're not strong on the lines. That is a problem, but it is a problem for this year. To act like it's a guaranteed sign that we're headed in a tailspin for the next 5 years is an overreaction.

Worst case scenario, we fail to win 10 games for the first time in 5 years. With a team that plays >15 freshman and whose stars are all underclassmen, I can live with that. Last night hurt (bad), but the future is still bright. This year will not be our year to win it all, but that's not the end of the world (for me, at least).

Miss St. Beat us down the score is not what really happened! They should never destroy us on both sides the ball like they did no excuse!

Why should they never? The are playing a bunch of upperclassmen. They have a good QB. Beast DL. Their first win against LSU in 15 attempts. They are an SEC team.

Because it doesn't fit the doomsday narrative that these people need to feel okay about this.

The biggest part of being a sports fan is living vicariously through your team's success, otherwise there would be no point to it. So when your preforms less than you would like, then the knee jerk reaction is to detach yourself from it.

I guess I can't really blame the pussies around here, they're only doing what psychologically makes sense.

I mean, who wants to experience failure in a vicarious fashion?

First, although I'm sure this isn't the case, you seem immature and dumb.

Second, let's just wait and see what Miss. State does the rest of the year. I have a feeling a lot of people will be surprised.

I was wondering why your posts were incoherent bits of grammatically butchered sentences. Then I saw where you're from.... and now I'm scratching my head because I didn't know there was Internet in the Swamp. Are you picking up 3G on your Geaux phone???

You hit the nail on the head, bud!! The shitty fans habitually embrace and defend the coaching staff's mediocrity.

No bud, the shitty fans are the ones who are drastic and unreasonable, regardless of the side of the fence they're on. If they're bitching about people that are pointing out the issues, they're shitty fans; if they're whining and acting like the damn season is over and the program is in decline... shitty fans.

The good fans are the educated, sensible ones that take this game for what it is.. A past time for the Fall. You win some, you lose some, but it's not like we got our shite kicked in by a directional school. We have all gotten spoiled, but the good fans are the ones that can come on here and not act like a 7 year old girl.
