MS State w/ poor passing defense and very good run D

Wouldn't you think the game plan should have been pass heavy? I don't get it. I'm not one of these guys who compares our team to Bama/Saban, but just as an example, Bama knew it's young OL didn't match up well with the FL D as far as running ball, so what did they do? They came out slinging the ball with an inexperienced. QB

Could Jennings actually do it? He looked rattled and the o line played sub par.

Jennings missed wide open receivers by 10 yards! We aren't passing because we can't pass with JJ, I mean Jennings.

Honestly not much different that last year's play calling, although we dialed up the pass on third and long and we're able to convert at an incredible rate. So this offense may only work with 4 skill position players who were NFL ready.

No matter our Qb we should have better players than UAB on O, not to mention we have a ex NFL coach who's none for offense!
