How to get the image to show on screen?

I haven't paid my dues for the upgraded platinum package in a while, so is this why both the "img" and "link" tabs both show a link? How do I get the picture to show up on the board?

Use the img button and paste the image's url in it.

I see the pic. Are you sure you don't have "show images in posts as links" in your account settings?
