Looking for FLEX advice. Is Blue worth a start over fumble-finger Cruz? Is Hill worth a gamble to get another 15+ point game running over the Titans?

Hill is too risky, most of his points came in garbage time last week. Blue vs. Cruz is tough call as far as PPR. Cruz is probably safer pick.
