Any ideas? Is a small unit inside good enough or should I get something in the attic and run a cable? Need to get this going in a couple of hours.

You don't say where you are or how far you are from the stations?? Go to Radio Shack and get a rabbit ears and try it.

RadioShack has a good selection.

I have the triangle shaped one. It does the job when I need it.

Use tvfool.com to find out what channels you get from different kinds of antennae for your location.

I looked into it. I'm in Houma. I would need a large directional antenna pointed at New Orleans, and I'm guessing I would need some height. Not worth the hassle.

I bought one off of Ebay and put it in the attic. Works great.
