Leaving group text in ios8

so im in a group text, i go to details and click leave conversation. But i keep getting these freaking texts. Help

Everyone has to be on iOS 8 and have iMessage turned on. If those criteria aren't met you can't leave. You'll have to mute notifications for the conversations that you can't leave.

Turn off group text in settings.
