Pretty simple- the chiefs lied about the severity of his injury. You dont practice on a legit high ankle sprain. They said he was running and cutting and shite

This. If he's doing anything other than gingerly walking around it wasn't a high ankle sprain. Since he's already running and cutting I'd guess it was a very low grade regular sprain.
