Google Calendar wont show boss's calendar on my phone

We use Macs at work. Everyone's schedule can be seen on my Calendar app on my Mac. I linked my Google Calendar on my android phone to my personal gmail account and to my work gmail account. Why does it not show everything I can see on my work calendar?
ETA: iCal will sync with my google calendar but Google Calendar wont sync with iCal

You'll need to link all their calendars to your phone's google calendar. Then it'll show theirs.
Just get their urls and add them to your calendar.

That requires his e-mail password. Don't think he wants to give me that.
